PROTOCOL 12
Stimulusa sequence of frequencies derived from recorded human hearts
Delivered4 min 48 s, continuous
Reportedhuman mesenchymal stem cells exposed to a sequence of frequencies derived from a recorded heart, delivered as vibration at 0.9 g. Within 12 to 24 hours the stemness genes Nanog, Sox-2 and Klf-4 were enhanced, then fell below those of unexposed cells. The cardiac genes GATA-4 and Nkx-2.5 rose significantly. So did the vessel genes VEGF and HGF.
Not reportedwhether the cells became heart muscle. The authors wrote that this was still under investigation.
